We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cosy Cotswold Company. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return:

  • The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Any items that are damaged or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning goods.

To initiate a return:

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and have inspected them, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing time.
