• Natural Materials & Finishes: Our wooden products are made from natural timber, so variations in grain, knots, tone and colour are a normal characteristic of the material and make each piece unique. As part of our finishing process, we may apply protective oils, sealers or other suitable treatments where we consider these appropriate for the product and its intended use. These treatments can deepen, darken or otherwise alter the natural colour and appearance of the timber.Our makers will select and apply the finish they consider most suitable to protect and enhance the finished product. If you have a particular requirement regarding the colour, tone or finish of your item, please contact us before placing your order, as the finished appearance may differ from untreated timber, samples or photographs shown online.

• Pricing & Availability: Prices are subject to change without notice. We aim to keep our website updated, but product availability cannot be guaranteed.

• Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Product Images, Colours, Materials and Samples

We make every effort to ensure that the product photographs, digitally generated images, descriptions and colour representations displayed on our website accurately reflect our products. However, all images are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Some product images are created from a master design and digitally adapted to show the various colour, finish and material options available. Whilst every effort is made to produce an accurate representation, the image shown may not be a photograph of the exact product, colour or finish you will receive.

Due to differences in photography, digital rendering, screen settings, monitor calibration, mobile devices, lighting conditions and individual colour perception, the colours, tones and finishes displayed on screen may differ slightly from the finished product.

Many of our products are handcrafted using a combination of natural and engineered materials, including solid timber and engineered stone. Our engineered stone is made using natural stone combined with a resin binder. As with all natural and stone-based materials, variations in colour, tone, texture, veining and markings may occur. These variations are part of the character of the material and do not constitute a fault or defect.

Customers should not rely solely on website images when making a purchasing decision. If an exact stone colour or finish is important,  samples are available on request. A delivery charge of £3.99 applies to sample requests. Whilst samples provide the best indication of the material and colour, slight variations between the sample and the finished product should be expected.

• Visit a Point of Sale Location: If possible, visit one of our physical locations to view the product in person and assess its colour and appearance.
