Orders placed through our website are currently delivered to UK addresses only.

Dispatch Times

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays or promotional periods may take slightly longer to process.

Made-to-Order Lead Times

Personalised, Made-to-order items are produced to your bespoke requirements.

Estimated production times are:

• House Signage – 2–3 weeks
• Personalised Oak Homeware - 2–3 weeks
• Business Signage – 3–5 weeks

Production times may vary during busy periods.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been completed and shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details.

Where an order contains items with different lead times, the order will normally be dispatched once all items are ready to reduce postage costs.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and type of items ordered.

For most orders:

• £4.99 – Small orders (up to 2kg)
• £9.99 – Larger orders (over 2 kg and under 10 kg) 
• TBC - for larger business items, delivery will be discussed and agreed before your order is made.
