Your sign is securely packaged using recyclable materials wherever possible. Inside the box, you’ll find your sign and the fixings you selected at checkout. If you upgraded to hidden fixings, you’ll also receive a drill template so you’ll know exactly where to drill. Simple, clear and ready to install.

Delivery within the UK is FREE for made to order house signs over £100. This will be displayed clearly at checkout once you add your address. For smaller purchases, delivery is calculated at checkout. Business Signs may incur larger charges and these will be discussed with you beforehand.

Yes. We ship to Ireland, Spain, France & Germany and postage costs will be displayed clearly at checkout once you enter your address.

Yes, we ship using Royal Mail and Parcelforce with their tracked and signed-for services.

As soon as your sign is dispatched, you’ll receive an email from our courier partner with your tracking number and delivery updates.

We often get asked to create signs that don’t fit our standard sizes. We can accommodate lots of different designs, sizes and templates so please just email us at info@cosycotswoldco.com and we will be in touch a.s.a.p. to discuss your request in more detail.

Yes - we do offer discounts for multi-sign orders. If you are ordering in bulk or need several signs for a home, office, development or commercial project, we’re happy to work out the best price for you.

Every sign that leaves us is made to handle the UK weather and let’s be honest, it can unforgiving at times. Our Oak and Walnut are premium kilned dried hardwoods and every timber or stone sign is finished with specialist coatings to maximise protection against sun, wind, frost and rain.

Our signs are made to last. They’re not the cheapest on the market because we only use premium materials and finishes and that shows in how they perform outdoors. Stone naturally weathers more slowly than wood but both are treated to withstand the UK climate.

With normal care over the years, your sign will continue to look great for a long time. It’s a durable, long-term investment rather than a short-term purchase.

Every sign is carefully checked, securely packaged and shipped with trusted couriers. but on the rare occasion something arrives damaged or not quite right, we’ll put it right fast.

Email a photo to nfo@cosycotwoldco.com and we’ll get a replacement made and sent out to you without any hassle.

We make installation as simple as possible.

For our standard signs, you’ll receive coloured matched screws and rawl plugs, plus a PDF fixing guide will be emailed to you so you’ll know exactly where to drill.

If you upgraded to hidden fixings, your sign will come with a drill template and gromets for a clean, floating finish.

Hanging signs and post-mounted signs are sent with their own fitting instructions which are included in the box.
