Every order includes your personalised house sign and the fixing accessories you selected during the ordering process. Everything you need to get your sign installed is included.

Delivery within the UK is FREE for made to order house signs over £100. This will be displayed clearly at checkout once you add your address. For smaller purchases, delivery is calculated at checkout. Business Signs may incur larger charges and these will be discussed with you beforehand.

Yes. We ship to all EU Countries and postage costs will be displayed clearly at checkout once you enter your address.

All our signs are sent using tracked DPD or Royal Mail services (either Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or Special Delivery).

Once we've made your sign, we'll send you a shipment email with a tracking number and link so you can Track Your Order.

Not at all. We use durable, natural materials like natural stone and Oak and we also treat each sign with specialist varnishes to ensure it’s protected from the elements all year round.

Each of our signs is crafted from high-quality materials and paint, designed to withstand any weather conditions. With proper care, your sign will last a lifetime - just be careful not to drop it!

We are so sorry to hear that. Every sign is carefully checked before it leaves us to make sure it’s in perfect condition. If your sign does arrive damaged, please email us at info@cosycotswoldco.com with a photo of the damage and we’ll send a replacement out to you.

Installing your sign is easy! All you’ll need is a drill, screwdriver, pen, and the fixings included in your parcel. We offer 2 different fixing options:
