Every order includes your personalised house sign and the fixing accessories you selected during the ordering process. Everything you need to get your sign installed is included.

How much is delivery to the UK?

Delivery within the UK is FREE for made to order signs. For smaller purchases, delivery is calculated at checkout.

I'm looking for something more bespoke

Great! If you’re interested in an extra-special bespoke house sign or a unique custom design, just email us at info@cosycotswoldco.com with your ideas.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer a discount on bulk orders - including for property developers. Get in touch with us to discuss your project’s needs, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Does exposure to rain or the sun damage my sign?

Not at all. We use durable, natural materials like natural stone and Oak and we also treat each sign with specialist varnishes to ensure it’s protected from the elements all year round.

How durable are your signs?

Each of our signs is crafted from high-quality materials and paint, designed to withstand any weather conditions. With proper care, your sign will last a lifetime - just be careful not to drop it!

Do You Use Tracked Postage?

All our signs are sent using tracked Royal Mail services (either Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or Special Delivery).

Once we've made your sign, we'll send you a shipment email with a tracking number and link so you can Track Your Order.

Can't find a dispatch email? Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam folder. If you still can't find it, feel free to email us for an update at info@cosycotswoldco.com

My sign has arrived damaged

Oh no! Before we send our signs, we double-check to make sure your sign is perfect and how we'd expect you to receive them. But if your sign does arrive damaged, send us an email with a picture of the damage to info@cosycotswoldco.com and we will send a replacement out to you.

How do I install my sign?

Installing your sign is easy! All you’ll need is a drill, screwdriver, pen, and the fixings included in your parcel. We offer 2 different fixing options:
